Terms of Service

By accessing or using FindPowerWash (findpowerwash.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

FindPowerWash is an online directory that lists pressure washing and exterior cleaning businesses across the United States. Business owners can claim and manage their listings. Homeowners can browse, compare, and contact contractors through the platform. We act solely as an intermediary and do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any business listed on the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our services.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• FindPowerWash may create basic listings for businesses using publicly available information (e.g., Google Maps data).
• Business owners may claim their listing by verifying their identity through our claim process.
• You represent and warrant that you are authorized to claim and manage any listing you submit a claim for.
• We reserve the right to remove, modify, or suspend any listing that violates these terms, contains inaccurate information, or is reported for fraudulent activity.

• Premium (Pro) subscriptions are available at $19.99/month or $199.99/year.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard → Subscription, or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at hello@findpowerwash.com within 14 days of your payment.
• Premium search ranking is determined by subscription seniority (earliest upgrade date = highest placement).

• Reviews must be honest, truthful, and based on genuine experiences with the business.
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or that violate these terms.
• Business owners may reply to reviews but may not harass, threaten, or intimidate reviewers.
• By submitting a review, you grant FindPowerWash a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your review on the platform.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Impersonate another person, business, or entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from the site without prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use the service for spam, unsolicited advertising, or any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.

The FindPowerWash name, logo, website design, and all original content are the exclusive property of FindPowerWash and are protected under United States copyright and trademark laws. User-submitted content (reviews, business descriptions, images) remains the property of the submitter, subject to the license granted in Section 6.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Dashboard → Account, or by emailing hello@findpowerwash.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your business listing, images, leads, reviews, and account data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FINDPOWERWASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY BUSINESSES LISTED ON OUR PLATFORM. ANY TRANSACTION OR INTERACTION BETWEEN YOU AND A LISTED BUSINESS IS SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THAT BUSINESS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindPowerWash, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
